Incoming Kindergarten Information
First Step:
To verify the school you are zoned to, go to: https://www.ocps.net/departments/student_enrollment/find_my_school
Second Step:
Complete the 2024-2025 Registration Application online, (All Registration Applications Must be Typed). Email the complete packet to the registrar at [email protected] along with all the necessary documents in a PDF format as listed below for your child to be enrolled. Students must turn 5 on or before September 1, 2024, to be eligible to attend kindergarten.
Required Documents:
- Birth Certificate/Passport
- Parent Proof of identification (Driver’s License) Both Parents
- Immunization Form 680
- Physical by a US doctor (within the last 12 months)
- Verification of Address (Homestead Exemption Card, Property tax statement, Warranty deed, or Current lease-all pages)
- IEP (most current) if applicable
- Withdrawal and Grades/Records from the previous school if applicable
